Design, supply, and installation of photovoltaic systems for public buildings in the Aleksandrów Łódzki Commune: The contract is implemented as a 'design and build' project and includes the execution and commissioning of photovoltaic systems with energy storage at nine locations. These include: Aleksandrów Łódzki Town Hall, plac Kościuszki 2 (PV 45 kWp, min. energy storage 60 kWh, min. hybrid inverters 2x20 kW (40 kW), on support structure); Aleksandrów Łódzki Town Hall, plac Kościuszki 4 (PV 20 kWp, min. energy storage 40 kWh, min. hybrid inverters 1x20 kW (20 kW), on support structure); Primary School Ruda Bugaj 54 (PV 49.5 kWp, min. energy storage 100 kWh, min. hybrid inverters 2x25 kW (50 kW), on roofs of two buildings); Primary School No. 4, al. The scope of services includes the preparation of project documentation, obtaining all necessary permits and approvals, supply of photovoltaic modules, hybrid inverters, energy storage systems, and meters, construction and assembly works, commissioning of the systems, provision of a monitoring app, user training, registration of the systems with the local grid operator and the fire department, free technical inspections during the warranty period, and preparation of documentation to confirm product and result indicators. Target indicators include an additional electricity generation capacity of 0.4900 MW, 9 constructed renewable energy electricity generation units, 9 solar energy generation units, a minimum energy storage capacity of 0.79 MWh, and 9 energy storage units. The result indicator is an amount of electricity generated from renewable sources of 440.00 MWh/year, to be achieved after 12, 24, 36, 48, 60 months from final acceptance. further items as per the tender documents.
