Modernization of Sports Facility Lumumby 22/26 in Łódź: Construction of a Covered Grandstand with Facilities (Phase I)
Construction of a grandstand for an athletics stadium: covered spectator stand for 1,205 spectators and 9 persons with disabilities (expandable to 1,345 spectators), including facilities located under the grandstand, construction of communication routes, and remaining site development, including elements of small architecture, technical infrastructure, and new greenery planting. Execution period: from contract conclusion until 15.01.2028. An advance payment of up to 70% of the total gross remuneration is possible if the contractor requests it and provides a bank or insurance guarantee. Bidders falling under EU Sanctions Regulation 833/2014 or the Polish Act on Counteracting Aggression against Ukraine (e.g., Russian citizens, Russia-based companies, or companies with over 50% Russian ownership) are excluded from the procedure.
