Modernization and Air Conditioning Installation for Metro Trains on Athens Metro Lines 2 & 3
Modernization of Metro Trains: turn-key delivery of twelve (12) trains, each with six (6) vehicles (total 72 vehicles) of Series I, fully upgraded with a service life of 25 years from contract completion. This includes study preparation, upgrade, testing, and commissioning of the trains with a nominal operating voltage of 750Vdc, supply of special tools, diagnostic test equipment, and mock-ups, a three-year warranty for the trains, supply of spare and consumable parts for the commissioning and warranty periods, preparation and submission of documentation, maintenance and operation manuals, and illustrated spare parts catalogs, training of STASY personnel, and supply of initial support spare parts as detailed in the "Initial Support Spare Parts Table". Estimated value: 109,000,000 € net, of which 106,500,000 € for services A1-A6 and 2,500,000 € for service B.
