Modernization and Maintenance of an Integrated Surveillance System for the Bulgarian-Turkish Border

Delivery, installation, and integration of equipment, design and construction of 5 sensor lines (SL) of approximately 30.4 km for surveillance of sections of the Bulgarian-Turkish border; expansion of 1 Regional Coordination Center and LKC Elhovo; renovation of LKC Svilengrad by relocating it to a new room in the same building; integration of SPTN 'Krusta' into ISN 1; staff training for operation, service, and administration of the equipment; execution of warranty and post-warranty maintenance. The post-warranty maintenance of the Integrated Surveillance System (ISN 1) in the section from Kapitan Andreevo to Lesovo includes the following elements not part of the newly built 5 SLs: 21 perimeter signal-security systems (6 along the Maritsa river, 15 in depth), 7 stationary technical surveillance posts (SPTN), 2 local coordination centers (LKC), 1 regional coordination center (RKC), 5 mobile surveillance systems (MSN), and the communication system connecting all built elements.
