Technical commissioning for the strategic development of Mühlenkreiskliniken: Relocation of services from Krankenhaus Bad Oeynhausen to Auguste-Viktoria-Klinik, expanding with an emergency room, functional diagnostics, radiology, endoscopy, two operating theaters, 84 normal care beds, 6 intensive care beds, a psychiatric day clinic, and multimodal pain therapy through partial new builds, conversions, repurposing, two new building structures, and a partial addition; and new construction of Klinikum Lübbecker Land with approximately 400 beds for somatic and psychiatric care, teaching and functional areas, and centralized parking, including construction logistics coordination.
