Investor supervision for the planning and execution of construction works on railway line 179 on the section Tychy – Bieruń Stary: Functioning as Engineer according to the agreement and construction contract(s); material and financial management, specifically comprehensive handling of the construction contract(s) regarding settlement, monitoring, and material-financial reporting; technical management, including performing investor supervision duties for the construction contracts; management and coordination of all construction contracts concluded within the project; conducting environmental supervision (controlling the impact of the construction process on surface and groundwater, noise, air, ground surface, waste management, green area management) and natural supervision, in accordance with the environmental decision and administrative provisions. The order also includes a time-limited option right for the basic scope as described in the agreement.
