National Phasor Data System (NPDS) connected to International Phasor Data Exchange (IPDE)

National Phasor Data System (NPDS) connected to International Phasor Data Exchange (IPDE): Extension of an existing national platform and connection to the International Phasor Data Exchange (IPDE) located in Prague (CEPS - OTS Czech Republic). The redundant platform ensures secure operational data exchange between Transmission System Operators (TSOs) from Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, and Hungary for monitoring and analyzing events on cross-border power lines. It includes the collection and processing of specific data (angle differences, node voltages, frequencies, frequency derivatives, active and reactive power flows) with millisecond resolution for monitoring key interconnected power lines and sharing this data via IPDE for extended monitoring of stability and operational safety of the interconnected power system. The service comprises design, technological engineering, manufacturing, delivery, assembly, testing, and commissioning as a turnkey contract. Contract duration: 12 months from contract signing.
