Independent expert services: Assessment of vehicle manufacturing processes, final configuration, technical condition, and compliance with specified technical, quality, and safety requirements. Services include vehicle inspections during and after manufacturing, functional and quality tests, test drives, measurements, identification of non-conformities and defects, control of their elimination, and re-inspections. This procurement establishes a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS); admitted suppliers will be invited to submit offers for specific procurements within this DPS, with exact requirements defined in the respective individual procurement conditions.
