Network management software: General requirements for architecture, data management, interfaces, information security, scalability, and integration into the existing system and process landscape. Functionality 1 includes a calculable low-voltage grid model (digital twin) with integration into ERP, GIS, and EDM systems, as well as mapping of actual and target switching states. Functionality 2 involves the integration of measurement data from local grid stations and TAF values, grid calculation, determination of grid status, and controllability checks. Functionality 3 covers grid-oriented control according to § 14a EnWG and § 9 EEG, including proof and documentation. Extended functionality includes grid calculation for grid planning, automated grid connection testing, and Redispatch 2.0 and prospectively Redispatch 3.0. The procurement is for approximately 100 companies of the Thüga Group, which will conclude individual framework agreements based on EVB-IT contracts.
