Required are 9 car parking spaces for service vehicles, 17 car parking spaces for employees, 3 double charging stations for e-mobility, 3 garages, 3 visitor parking spaces, 1 barrier-free visitor parking space, 10 covered bicycle parking spaces for employees, 6 bicycle parking spaces for service bicycles, and 5 bicycle parking spaces for visitors. The location must be central and easily accessible, with quick connections to the supra-local road network and public transport, within the defined selection area. The plot must be accessible via a public road with at least two lanes for two-way traffic, a two-lane property entrance/exit, and a one-lane emergency entrance/exit. Applicants must provide proof of a suitable plot with their application. The tender process is expected to conclude by early September 2027.
