Architectural Planning for New Construction of a 2-Group Daycare Center with Club Rooms in Weinheim

Architectural planning services for buildings according to §§ 33ff. HOAI with service phases 1-9: New construction of the "Kita Waid" daycare center on the approximately 1,750 m² property Hammerweg 7 in 69469 Weinheim, parcel no. 13113. The project includes a two-group daycare center with rooms for IG Waid. A single-story replacement building with a gross floor area of almost 1,000 m² is planned, with deep foundations using pile systems (ductile cast ram piles with grout injection). The contract will be awarded in stages: Stage 1 includes service phases 1-3, Stage 2 includes service phases 4-9. Planning is scheduled to begin in May 2027, with construction starting in Q3 2028. The cost framework (as of 07/2026) is 4,088,444.56 € gross, of which KG 300: 2,950,537.50 € gross and KG 400: 1,137,907.07 € gross. Planning goals include the investigation of conventional and modular construction methods, passive house orientation, targeted positive energy balance, regenerative energy supply, CO² footprint, ecological criteria, and the examination of roof use as an additional play area.
