New 4-stream primary school as complete service

Construction of a barrier-free 4-stream primary school with after-school care and a 2-field sports hall (option): Realization of the construction project at the location 04209 Leipzig (Grünau), Karlsruher Str./Mannheimer Str., on parcels 1496, 1490/2, 1756, 1755. The building is classified as a special construction, building class 5, predominantly 3-story (ground floor + 2 upper floors) with partial basement, a building height of approx. 13 m above ground, and a flat roof (min. 2 % slope). The reference height is 120.90 m NN = top of finished floor ground floor for the school and sports hall (option). The gross floor area (GFA) is approx. 8,300 m² for the school and approx. 2,500 m² for the sports hall. The gross volume (GV) comprises approx. 32,200 m³ for the school and approx. 17,400 m³ for the sports hall. The capacity is designed for 448 students, with a possibility for up to 538 students (incl. 20 % over-occupancy). The contract is awarded as a lump-sum contract including planning services for a complete, functional overall service, including coordination of all required trades, interfaces, and verifications.
