Roofing works for the new construction of the Open All-Day School in Kropp

Roofing and sheet metal works for the two-story new construction of the Open All-Day School at Geestlandschule: flat roof (approx. 500 m²) with reinforced concrete parapet, including vapor barrier, EPS tapered insulation (average 24 cm) with valleys and saddles, a two-layer bitumen waterproofing, and insulation and waterproofing of the parapet (approx. 75 m). Also, gravel fill with slab paths, a SHEV skylight with exit function, a cable duct, and interface services for a ballasted PV system. Additionally, parapet drainage with emergency scuppers, square downpipes and standpipes, parapet and downpipe niche flashings in titanium zinc, a foldable parapet railing as fall protection (approx. 75 m), and plinth waterproofing according to DIN 18533. Execution during ongoing school operations. Execution period: 29.03.27 - 18.06.27.
