Construction of Embankment for Stromhafen Andernach, 2nd and 3rd Construction Phase

Construction of the embankment in the 2nd and 3rd construction phase (sub-sections 3a and 3b) of Stromhafen Andernach: demolition of existing facilities, construction of a new, back-anchored embankment sheet pile wall with mooring dolphins and equipment, upgrading of the existing sheet pile wall in sub-section 3b with micropiles, earthworks, dredging and embankment works, port drainage, and unexploded ordnance detection services. Works are to be carried out during ongoing port and shipping operations on the Rhine federal waterway; flood events during the construction period must be considered.
