Construction of a fire station for JRG and KP PSP in Nowy Tomyśl: The building will be erected on plot no. 278/5 in the district of Paproć, municipality of Nowy Tomyśl, locality Paproć. The detailed scope of services is described in the project documentation (Annex No. 1 to SWZ). The bills of quantities serve only as an informational basis for price calculation. Building permit procedures are ongoing, with permits expected in September-October 2026. The scope of work does not include the construction of a civil defense resource warehouse (OLiOC) and a shelter, but requires the installation of all necessary utilities to the locations of these future facilities. A warranty and liability for defects of at least 60 months from the signing of the final acceptance protocol without reservations is required. The project is co-financed under the "Program for the Modernization of the Police, Border Guard, State Fire Service, and State Protection Service for the years 2026-2029". Advance payments are foreseen.
