The school complexes in Mratín and Nová Ves, each forming half of the school's capacity, consist of two building sections connected by an operational link, a parking lot, paved areas for school supply with a canteen, and a school garden with a sports field. The gardens also include a utility area for teaching natural sciences and agricultural demonstrations. Parts of the complexes are fenced.
