New construction of a fire station in Villingendorf

Realization competition for the new construction of a fire station in Villingendorf: Execution of a competition according to RPW 2013 with a preceding application procedure for the creation of a spatial program. The spatial program includes 5 vehicle bays, 300.00 m² for operations and training, 180.00 m² for workshops and storage, 100.00 m² for training, common areas, and administration, and 300.00 m² for other areas, totaling 920.00 m². The goal is to submit an application with preliminary planning and cost estimate by early 2027.
