New Construction of Neugreuth Children's House

New construction of a children's house in Metzingen: The building, located south of the existing integrated children's house along Neugreuthstraße, is designed for a total of 6 groups, including 4 kindergarten groups (over 3 years) on the ground and upper floors, and 2 crèche groups (under 3 years) on the upper floor. The construction is to be simple and cost-effective. A total contractor will provide all planning and execution services for the building, adjacent access roads, and terraces, based on an agreed preliminary design. Additionally, maintenance services for four years from construction acceptance are included.
