New Tram Line and Stations Glückstein-Quartier, Phase 1

Conversion of existing Line 3 tracks and new construction of a 2-track tram line along the reserved route in Glücksteinallee: new construction of the tram line from Joseph-Keller-Straße to beyond Landteilstraße, new connection for Line 3, installation of track constructions (partially in mass-spring system), demolition and reconstruction of Hauptbahnhof Süd station, new construction of Glücksteinallee station, adjustments in adjacent areas in the street space, production of new piping, preparation for utility relocations, production of foundations for overhead line masts, erection of overhead line masts (without supply), signal-technical civil engineering (empty conduits, manhole system, plinth including mast supply and assembly), extension of two house connections, conversion of a sewer (EBS), earthworks for protective pipes (district heating).
