Low and Medium Voltage Systems, Earthworks and Masonry for Building Maintenance in Berlin

Low and medium voltage systems, earthworks, and masonry according to StLB-Bau(Z) LB 682 (07/2025), excerpts from LB 600 (07/2023) and 630 (07/2023), with an agreement for fault rectification: short-term minor works for building maintenance in commercial and residential buildings as well as administrative buildings in Berlin, generally to be performed in occupied or used condition. The services are divided into 4 lots, covering property areas 1, 4, 5-6, and 10-11. The estimated contract volume for 2027 is 130,000 € gross for Lot 1, 140,000 € gross for Lot 2, 200,000 € gross for Lot 3, and 175,000 € gross for Lot 4. The actual contract volume may be higher or lower. The maximum value of a single order is 20,000 € net. For very small orders up to 500 € net, a surcharge of 50 € is granted if the service cannot be combined with other works. The number of individual orders is expected to be distributed as follows: up to 500 € net approx. 15 %, over 500 to 2,000 € net approx. 35 %, over 2,000 to 5,000 € net approx. 25 %, over 5,000 to 10,000 € net approx. 20 %, over 10,000 to 20,000 € net approx. 5 %. A maximum of two lots will be awarded to one contractor. The award procedure is conducted as an upward and downward bidding process according to § 4 para. 4 VOB/A, based on unit prices from STLB-BauZ. Bidders offer a percentage upward or downward bid across all unit prices. Downward bids greater than or equal to 50 % lead to exclusion. The deadline is 28.07.2026.
