Drywall Works for Commercial, Residential, and Administrative Buildings in Berlin

Drywall works: short-term minor maintenance work in commercial, residential, and administrative buildings in Berlin, typically performed in occupied or used conditions. The service is divided into 5 lots, categorized by property areas (1-2, 3, 4-6, 8, 9-11). The estimated contract volume for 2027 is: Lot 1: 30,000 € gross, Lot 2: 100,000 € gross, Lot 3: 70,000 € gross, Lot 4: 200,000 € gross, and Lot 5: 60,000 € gross. The maximum value for a single order is 20,000 € net. A surcharge of 50 € is granted for small orders up to 500 € net. The estimated distribution of single orders is: approx. 15 % up to 500 € net, approx. 35 % over 500 to 2,000 € net, approx. 25 % over 2,000 to 5,000 € net, approx. 20 % over 5,000 to 10,000 € net, and approx. 5 % over 10,000 to 20,000 € net. A maximum of two lots will be awarded to one contractor. The award procedure is an upward and downward bidding process according to § 4 Abs. 4 VOB/A, based on STLB-BauZ unit prices, with bids to be submitted as a percentage markup or markdown on all unit prices.
