Notebooks and Accessories
Delivery of notebooks and accessories: includes standard notebooks (16" NGK1, 14" NGK2), convertible notebooks (12-14" NGK3), and various accessories such as docking stations, USB-C hubs, mice, keyboards, webcams, cables, carrying bags, and cable locks. The estimated quantities for notebooks are 300 units each in the 1st contract year and 200 units per year per type in contract years 2-4. The estimated quantities for accessories are specified for 4 contract years. The maximum total contract limit per lot varies between 400,000 EUR and 1,800,000 EUR gross. If the contract value is increased by a contract amendment during the contract term according to § 132 GWB, the contract ends upon reaching this new contract value.
