Notebooks and Accessories
Delivery of notebooks and accessories: includes standard notebooks (16" and 14"), convertible notebooks (12-14"), and various accessories such as docking stations, USB-C hubs, mice, keyboards, webcams, DisplayPort cables, USB-C cables, carrying bags, and cable locks. Estimated quantities for notebooks are 300 units in the 1st contract year and 200 units each in contract years 2 to 4 per notebook type. Estimated quantities for accessories vary per item for 4 contract years. The maximum total contract limit per lot ranges between 400,000.00 EUR and 1,800,000.00 EUR gross. If the contract value is increased by a contract amendment according to § 132 GWB, the contract ends upon reaching this new contract value.
