Use of the WEBCON Process Platform
Use of the WEBCON process platform: WEBCON Lite, WEBCON Core, and WEBCON Premium licenses (on premise) with the option for demand-driven license increases or conversion of Lite licenses to Core licenses; a Service Level Agreement; remote consulting services up to 5 days per year during the first 2 years of the contract term, without claim to retrieval, by German-speaking partners. The consulting services include support for configuration and customizing of the WEBCON platform, advice on the design and optimization of workflows/processes on the platform, training and knowledge transfer for administrators and key users of the client, and advice on licensing and architectural questions related to the expansion of use. The specific thematic design of the consulting days will be agreed upon between the contact persons of both parties in individual cases. Also included are updates and German-language documents and documentation.
