Outdoor facilities planning for the B3-Haus: complete basic services according to § 39 HOAI for the construction measures, staged commissioning (Stage 1: service phase 1; Stage 2: service phases 2-8), subject to a positive funding decision. Open space planning concretization of outdoor facilities, review and updating of the preliminary design, development of barrier-free access including proof of required longitudinal and transverse slopes, terrain modeling and height planning based on specified height connections, drainage planning (open into adjacent retention area), planning of surface pavings, development of a planting concept, and integration and coordination of necessary equipment elements. Special services are flood verification (LP 4) and object support (LP 9).
