Technical Building Equipment Planning for B3-Haus Niederzier

Technical Equipment Planning: complete basic services according to § 51 HOAI for the B3 House construction project, to be provided in stages. This includes service phases 1 to 8 of technical building equipment planning (TGA) according to § 55 HOAI in two commissioning stages: Stage 1 for LP 1 and Stage 2 for LP 2 to 8 (subject to grant approval). The services comprise structuring the TGA by system groups, analysis and evaluation of requirements for the new building (community center use), development of an integrated, sustainable TGA concept (HVAC/electrical/building automation), planning and dimensioning of heating, ventilation, and sanitary systems, electrical systems (including lighting, security, and information technology), building automation (control, monitoring, energy management), conception and integration of renewable energies (PV systems, heat pump, rainwater harvesting), fire protection integration of TGA, barrier-free technical equipment (e.g., lighting, door systems, guidance systems), and consideration of acoustic and sound insulation measures, especially for the event hall. Additionally, special services may be commissioned as needed, including planning of technical systems in outdoor facilities (KG 550), life cycle cost calculation (LP 3), creation of the technical part of the room book (LP 3), conduit planning with special effort (wood modular construction) (LP 5), and object support (LP 9).
