Object planning for buildings and interiors according to § 33 ff HOAI 2021, service phases 1 to 9, and preparation of HU-Bau/final report documents according to § 85 SGB IV (Principles 85) in stages 1 and 3: fire protection upgrade of the entire Sinntalklinik building in Bad Brückenau to remedy structural and technical fire protection deficiencies; installation of a full-surface, Category I connected fire alarm system; execution of works in sections during ongoing operation, considering fire protection and hygiene aspects, and minimizing disruption for staff and patients through appropriate interim measures and compartmentalization; estimated eligible costs 1,900,363 Euro net (cost group 300 full + cost group 400 proportionally); invitation to negotiation approximately end of October 2026.
