Object planning for the renovation of Festhalle Stöckwiese in Bietigheim

Object planning services LPH 1-9 for the comprehensive renovation and functional modernization of Festhalle Stöckwiese in Bietigheim: staged commissioning, initially service phases 1-4, subsequently service phases 5-9; no legal claim to full commissioning. The Festhalle, built in 2000, shows age-related damage and defects in the technical building equipment and outdoor infrastructure. The project scope includes structural renovations (roof, interior, stage area), renewal of electrical infrastructure (lighting, power supply, event technology), renewal of drinking water and wastewater infrastructure, functional adjustments to sanitary facilities, improvement of storage and operational processes, adaptation of outdoor facilities (technical development, utility infrastructure, event areas), and civil engineering measures for renewing supply and disposal lines. The construction period from September 2027 to July 2028 must be strictly adhered to. Planned dates: planning start immediately after award, LPH 3 completion February/March 2027, construction start mid-September 2027, completion before July 2028. Rough cost estimate (as of 04/2026): KG 300 €1,241,925.41 gross, KG 400 €136,945.20 gross.
