Architectural planning for the replacement new build of St. Otto Daycare Center in Heilsbronn: The north-western part of the existing building (nursery) is to be retained and integrated. The replacement new build is planned for 3 kindergarten groups, considering the eligible space program of the Government of Middle Franconia. The basement in the area of the replacement new build and the building structure in Group Room III and ancillary room must be retained due to ongoing funding commitments. A feasibility study is available. Services include service phases 1 to 9 according to Part 3, Section 1 HOAI 2021.
