Object planning for the external development of the Ostfeld urban development project in Wiesbaden: includes planning for three access points – Point A: two roundabouts at the Wiesbaden-Erbenheim-Nord / B455 junction; Point B: northern access road including provisional construction site connection and cycle path; Point C: southern access road up to the Ländchesbahn train stop. Services comprise object planning for approval, tendering, and construction, adjustments to traffic areas, drainage systems, roadside areas, temporary traffic management, provisional construction site connection, and pedestrian and cycle path facilities. Services are called off in stages: specialist planning for traffic systems (Stage I: HOAI Phase 4, optionally supplementary services HOAI Phase 3; Stage II: HOAI Phases 5-7; Stage III: HOAI Phase 8; Stage IV: HOAI Phase 9), specialist planning for open spaces (Stage I: HOAI Phases 1-4; Stage II: HOAI Phases 5-7; Stage III: HOAI Phase 8; Stage IV: HOAI Phase 9), and specialist planning for engineering structures (Stage I: HOAI Phase 4, optionally supplementary services HOAI Phase 3; Stage II: HOAI Phases 5-7; Stage III: HOAI Phase 8; Stage IV: HOAI Phase 9). Initially called off services are: specialist planning for traffic systems Stage I, specialist planning for open spaces Stage I, specialist planning for engineering structures Stage I. Service commencement is November 2026 for all points. Completion of HOAI Phase 3 by January 2027, Phase 4 by March 2027, Phase 5 by May 2027, Phases 6-7 by August 2027, Phases 8-9 by January 2028. Attributable costs for Point A: engineering structures 220,000 €, traffic systems 2,200,000 €, open spaces 120,000 €. For Point B: engineering structures 645,000 €, traffic systems 6,450,000 €, open spaces 500,000 €. For Point C: engineering structures 500,000 €, traffic systems 5,000,000 €, open spaces 360,000 €.
