Object Planning for General Renovation and Expansion of a Primary School

Object planning according to § 34 HOAI LPH 1-5 for the general renovation and expansion into a full-day 5-stream primary school with a double sports hall, canteen, THV apartment, house for children 2-4-0, outdoor play areas, and outdoor parking spaces at Hirschbergstr. 33, 80634 Munich. The listed school building (constructed 1901-1903) requires consideration of war-related reconstruction measures, extensive water damage, subsequent alterations, changes of use, pollutant contamination, and fire protection deficiencies. A 3-story wooden modular pavilion on the school grounds is not part of the contract. The organization of the relocation of the house for children is not part of the planning. Existing gross floor area (ground floor-3rd floor): approx. 9,200 m², existing gross floor area (basement-attic): approx. 14,000 m², new construction gross floor area (basement-2nd floor): approx. 3,500 m² (feasibility study).
