Architectural Object Planning for Projects under 1.5 Million EUR
Framework agreement for architectural object planning: Renovations and conversions of existing buildings at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) with a project volume of less than 1.5 million EUR net of eligible costs. The contract duration is 2 years with an option for a 2-year extension. Individual orders partly include all HOAI service phases or only LPH 5-8 (execution planning to object supervision), with staged commissioning. Three framework partners will be contracted, and individual orders will be awarded alternately. The minimum order value is 5,000.00 EUR net, and the maximum total order volume over 4 years is 1,500,000.00 EUR net plus VAT.
