Framework Agreement for Architectural Planning for Projects from EUR 1.5 million
Architectural planning for renovations and conversions of existing buildings on the Universitätsklinikum Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) campus, for projects with a volume from EUR 1,500,000 net of eligible costs: The contract duration is up to 4 years (2 years fixed term, 2 years extension option). Individual orders partially include all HOAI service phases or only service phases 5-8 (starting with execution planning), with phased commissioning possible. Three framework agreement partners will be contracted. Individual orders are awarded in mini-competitions according to § 21 Abs. 5 VgV. The minimum order value per individual order is EUR 15,000.00 net, the maximum order volume over 4 years is EUR 5,000,000.00 net plus VAT.
