Building planning for the renovation and extension of the Max Planck Institute for Gravitational Physics, Building 3405: Renovation of the eastern part of existing Building 3405 for physical laboratory areas (clean and grey rooms, laser and electronics laboratories) with approx. 1,240 m² NUF 1-6; structural and technical measures such as adaptation of the fire protection concept, structural adjustments in shell and finishing trades, dismantling of existing building services, installation of new ventilation, cooling, and electrical supply, and cleanroom installation are required. Construction of office spaces with 684 m² NUF 1-6 as an extension or conversion of an existing building section. Work on supply and disposal lines in the ground is required. The buildings are located on the Schneiderberg Campus of Leibniz University Hannover; planning and execution of site setup and logistics must consider the operation of adjacent buildings and limited open space.
