Building Design for Renovation and Refurbishment of Kita Seepferdchen
Building design according to HOAI 2021 Part 3, Section 1 (Buildings and Interiors), service phases 2-8, for the renovation and refurbishment of the „Seepferdchen“ daycare center: The daycare center is designed for 55 children (10 crèche children, 45 kindergarten children in 3 groups of 15 children). The planning includes all three floors of the front building, part of the courtyard-side building, and a new connector; a building section currently used by the municipality will be allocated to the daycare center. Commissioning of Stage 1 (LPH 1-4) is immediate, commissioning of Stage 2 (LPH 5-8) is subject to funding approval; no claim for commissioning of Stage 2.
