Building and Interior Design according to § 34 HOAI for the extension of Lütte School in Henstedt-Ulzburg: Existing building modifications and an extension for ensuring full-day care for primary school children from August 1, 2026. The modification share in the existing building is approximately 8%, with the majority of the measure being a new extension. A phased commissioning is planned. The contractor is expected to submit proposals for simplification, improvement, and/or cost reduction. The preliminary cost estimate is 3,974,830.00 € gross (cost groups 200+300+400). The procedure is a two-phase negotiated procedure.
