New General Land Use Plan including Landscape Plan for Henstedt-Ulzburg

New General Land Use Plan and Landscape Plan for the entire municipality of Henstedt-Ulzburg: Adaptation of urban development to current social, economic, and ecological requirements; presentation of future residential and commercial areas, safeguarding and development of open spaces and green structures, consideration of climate and environmental protection concerns, examination of internal development and densification, integration of traffic and mobility concepts, consideration of social and technical infrastructure requirements. The Landscape Plan includes expert recording, evaluation, and planning development of nature and landscape within the municipal area, including updating an inventory from 2020. Inclusion of results from expert studies and reports, and the integrated municipal development concept (IGEK) from 2023. Consideration of 22 previous general land use plan amendments and partial amendments through development plans. The general land use plan covers approximately 4,000 ha. The procedure is two-phased, with an application for participation in Phase 1 and a negotiated procedure in Phase 2; further items as per the tender documents.
