Object planning for traffic facilities and engineering structures: Services for work phases 1 to 9 according to HOAI for the restructuring of the Goethestraße 16 depot campus in 33330 Gütersloh, first construction phase. This includes the demolition of several buildings, the new construction of an administration building, a cold storage hall, and technical facilities, as well as the planning of temporary accommodation for employees. Commissioning will occur in a maximum of three stages (initially work phases 1-4, then 5-6, subsequently 7-9). Basic services for work phase 7, such as obtaining offers, conducting bidder discussions, and assisting with contract award, are excluded. Special services and additional services, particularly local construction supervision, are also part of the contract. Fees are based on HOAI 2021, fee zone III, basic fee rate. Expected costs for cost group 500: EUR 571,428.57 net for traffic facilities and EUR 181,450.00 net for engineering structures. Estimated costs for the demolition of existing sewage systems: EUR 132,950.00 net as an additional service. Subsidies have not yet been applied for.
