Architectural planning services for the expansion and modernization of neurological early rehabilitation in a former ward on the ground floor of the main building of Knappschaft Kliniken Bottrop GmbH, Osterfelder Str. 157, 46242 Bottrop: Service phases 3-8 according to § 34 HOAI (preliminary design, approval planning, execution planning, preparation of procurement, assistance in procurement, object supervision - construction supervision and documentation) for plant groups 3-8. Planning must consider climate adaptation measures, accessibility, hygiene (according to KRINKO recommendations), sound insulation, and technical building equipment. Technical building equipment includes sanitary and media supply, heating and cooling supply, ventilation technology, high-voltage and safety power supply, communication and security technology, conveying technology, and building automation. The room structure includes single and double rooms with wet cells, as well as functional and ancillary rooms. Implementation will take place in construction area ground floor, ward 0B1 with technical center 1st basement. Planning must account for ongoing hospital operations and ensure supply security. An enlargement of the building stock is not planned. Architectural planning must be coordinated with technical building equipment planning, structural engineering, building physics, fire protection planning, medical technology, and other specialist planners. Service phases 1 and 2, § 34 HOAI have already been completed and are not part of this commission.
