Technical building equipment planning services (system groups 440 and 450) according to § 55 HOAI, service phases 3-8: preliminary design, approval planning, execution planning, preparation of procurement, assistance in procurement, object supervision (construction supervision and documentation) for the expansion and modernization of neurological early rehabilitation on the ground floor of the main building of Knappschaft Kliniken Bottrop GmbH. The planning includes adapting building services and fire protection to new uses, specifically sanitary and media supply, heating and cooling supply, ventilation technology, heavy current and safety power supply, communication and security technology, conveying technology, and building automation. Implementation considers ongoing hospital operations and ensures supply security for existing medical areas. Technical systems must be planned for energy efficiency, sustainability, operational safety, ease of maintenance, and climate adaptation. Coordination is required with object planning, structural planning, building physics, fire protection planning, medical technology, and other specialized planning. The area of the former patient ward 0B1 on the ground floor of the main building is to be expanded. Planning considers accessibility, hygiene, sound insulation, and KRINKO recommendations.
