Building and Interior Design Services for Fire Protection and Safety Upgrade of Hall and Kitchen, BSZ „Julius Weisbach“, Freiberg

Building and interior design services according to § 34ff HOAI for fire protection and safety upgrade of the hall and kitchen at BSZ „Julius Weisbach“ in Freiberg: comprehensive structural, energetic, and functional renovation of the canteen building; modernization of hall/auditorium, kitchen, and associated functional areas; adaptation to contemporary canteen and event operations. Planned completion and commissioning December 2028. Budget KG 300 net 1,811,420 Euro, KG 400 net 1,391,896 Euro. Services include renewal of technical systems, new roof structure construction, fire protection upgrades including optimization of escape routes, improvement of room acoustics and building physics properties; design revision of the hall with new surfaces and acoustically effective equipment; functional reorganization and complete modernization of the kitchen. Commissioning is phased according to service phases (LP), initially LP 2 to 3 and associated special services; no legal claim to the transfer of all intended LPs or further commissioning after completion of initial LPs. Negotiated procedure with prior call for competition according to § 74 VgV in conjunction with § 17 VgV; presentation required in procedure stage 2.
