Procurement and construction supervision services (LPH 7 and 8 HOAI) for the new construction of a control and district center building in Minden and associated outdoor facilities: The single-story operations building with a technical basement has a gross floor area of approx. 2,000 m² and includes a control room of approx. 330 m² (6 or 7 workstations), an operating room of approx. 160 m² (4 workstations), as well as technical, office, and social rooms. The outdoor facilities cover approx. 3,000 m², of which approx. 800 m² are for parking and access, the remainder being green space. The project considers the German Sustainable Building Council (BNB) assessment system, CO2 neutrality, and the lowest energy standard of the EEG.
