Replacement of active LAN components

Replacement of backbone LAN infrastructure: Delivery and installation of new active components, transfer of existing configurations, commissioning, integration into monitoring, and handover of documentation. This includes transport and delivery of components to the installation site, their installation, configuration, and implementation as a functional unit into the existing infrastructure, handover of technical documentation (parameters, configurations, settings) in electronic form (PDF/MS Word) in German or English, declarations of conformity, operational documentation, delivery notes, and warranty certificates. Also included are the provision of usage rights for parts of the components containing copyrighted works or intellectual property, training for a maximum of 5 employees for a minimum of 5 working days for operation and configuration, plus another training for a maximum of 5 employees for 5 working days during the contract duration, as well as functional testing through trial operation and acceptance tests. Service support for incident resolution, configuration, and consulting services will be provided for 5 years from the signing of the handover protocol and includes all manufacturer updates and upgrades for the entire warranty and service period.
