Municipal Waste Management: Collection, transport, and recovery of municipal waste within the Chełm Municipality for the years 2027-2028, including the provision of waste bags, exchange of bags at stops and parking lots, and disposal of waste from mass events and illegal dumps. Also included are the collection, transport, and recovery of textiles, clothing, and construction waste (styrofoam, mineral wool) from the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in Depułtycze Królewskie-Kolonia 86. The estimated quantity is 6,600 Mg. The minimum value of the service for the basic scope is 70% of the gross contractual remuneration.
