Waste Management (Code 19 12 12): Collection and recovery of waste (code 19 12 12) for alternative fuel production, collection within 7 days of notification. The contractor must possess valid permits for transport and recovery of waste (code 19 12 12) and comply with applicable regulations. Loading is performed by the contracting authority (Mon-Fri, 7:00-13:00). Weighing is done on legal scales of the contracting authority and the recipient. The contractor is responsible for the waste from handover, including load securing, transport, care of the load, and unloading. The contractor must provide the BDO registration number. Billing is monthly after tonnage confirmation in the BDO system at a price per 1 Mg, payment term 14 days. Offers from waste management intermediaries are permitted.
