Open House contract for the non-exclusive supply of patient-individually prescribed dressings and other wound treatment products (§ 31 Abs. 1a SGB V) as well as medical devices with dressing characteristics (Annex V of the Pharmaceutical Directive, § 31 SGB V), provided they are not pharmacy-only. The aim is to ensure a high-quality and economic supply for AOK insured persons. The earliest possible contract start is 01.02.2026, all contracts end no later than 31.01.2030. The contract duration is four years, and a contract can be concluded at any time during the term, effective the first of a month, but no later than 20.12.2029. For a contract start on the first of the next month, documents must be submitted by the 20th of the preceding month. For a contract start on 01.02.2026, submission is required by 20.01.2026. Submission is via qualified electronic signature by email or signed by post. The contract can be terminated with one month's notice to the end of a quarter. Required documents include a completed and signed contract in duplicate and a completed and signed reliability declaration (Annex 2 of the contract).
