Ophthalmological Laser for SPZOZ MSWiA in Poznań
Delivery of an ophthalmological laser: The device must be brand new, free from physical and legal defects, with required certificates, CE marking, and declaration of conformity according to the Polish Medical Devices Act. It must be complete and ready for use without additional purchases. A 60-month warranty from final acceptance without reservations is required. After the warranty period, the necessary service documentation and service codes (if applicable) for periodic technical review according to manufacturer recommendations must be provided. Service activities must be performed by an entity authorized by the manufacturer in accordance with Art. 90 of the Medical Devices Act; a list of such entities must be included with the delivery. The offered parameters must meet or exceed the minimum requirements as specified in Annex 2 of the SWZ.
