Ventilation works for the fire protection and functional upgrading of Building 22 / OPZ at the University Hospital Bonn: renovation of the power supply in connection with fire protection deficiencies, renewal of the low-voltage main distribution (NSHV) in the 3rd basement, including preparatory demolition works such as cutting a new door element, demolition of masonry walls, and modifications to raised floor constructions. The 3rd basement is approximately -10 m below the access areas. The estimated start of works is March 2026.
