Scheduling, Steering, and Coordination (OPC) services for the ZAC Ivry-Confluences, divided into three main missions: Urban OPC involves the coordination of all development actions, including regulatory procedures, studies, land management, marketing, implementation of construction and infrastructure projects, and stakeholder relations. Inter-site OPC includes coordination between all construction sites (public spaces, real estate, infrastructure) by various project owners to manage co-activities and cohabitation with existing uses. The third mission is the production of a realistic 3D digital model of the ZAC as a presentation basis for public meetings, institutional presentations, and communication materials.
