Organization of one-day meetings for the "Włączamy Pomorskie!" project

Notice title: Sukcesywne świadczenie kompleksowych usług organizacji jednodniowych spotkań dla uczestników projektu „Włączamy Pomorskie!”

Organization of one-day meetings for participants of the "Włączamy Pomorskie!" project: Provision of catering, rental of training rooms in Gdańsk, and provision of trainers or experts with higher education or relevant certificates for social services or social economy. Planned are 10 meetings for groups of up to 30 participants, 3 meetings for groups of up to 50 participants, and 2 meetings for groups of 100 participants. The contract value is indicative and can be reduced by up to 20%. The service is provided under the "European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027, Action FERS 04.13 High-quality social inclusion system" program and co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus. For all norms, approvals, technical specifications, or reference systems, as well as trademarks, parameters, or indications of origin mentioned in the tender documents, equivalent solutions are permissible. Bidders must have the status of a sheltered workshop, social cooperative, or other enterprise whose main goal is the social and professional integration of socially marginalized persons (especially persons with disabilities), with an employment share of at least 30% of these persons. Subcontracting is permitted.
